For public safety, temporary forest closures will be in place across parts of the Southern Fleurieu during a coordinated aerial operation from 17โ29 May 2026.

Operations will primarily focus on ParksSA locations, including Deep Creek National Park and Talisker Conservation Park.
Several ForestrySA properties directly adjacent to Deep Creek National Park may also be included during this period.

Operations will focus on the ForestrySA estate and surrounding properties, including Kalamunda, Mt Hayfield, Bartons, Martins, Jones, Middle Fence, Springs Road, Boat Harbour, Pitchers, Bedlam Flat, Wattle Gate, Foggy Farm (east side only โ buffer in the west), Biddles, Schultz and Hutchinsons.
Please do not enter closed areas, and follow all signage and directions from staff during this time.
